Audience feedback is important when making a media product as the creator needs to know what exactly the consumer looks for in the a product. For selling a product the creator needs to know what appeals to the target consumers as anything which doesn't follow the conventions could push them away, for example when I was making my CD covers the colour scheme of green and creme didn't appeal to people and so they weren't interested in my work, it wouldn't sell, I had to change my work in order to reach my audience. This has to be done in everything to ensure that everything sells.
